Supershine Auto Wash

Sign outside says "honk for service," so I honked. The attendant was sitting down and apparently I honked before he had a chance to get up — he got angry and yelled at me about it, even after I apologized and explained I didn't see him sitting there. The yelling kept going way longer than it needed to. I get that surprises happen, but that's not how you talk to a customer who's just following the instructions on your own sign. Won't be coming back.

I had taken my car to get washed in the bay to the right (if you're looking at it from the back way to go into the bays) which I often do, but today, I felt like my car did not get a god of a wash as normal. So I went back and spoke to the guy that worked there, explained what had happened and without a question after he explained that the bay I had gone into in the morning does NOT clean the way the main carwash bay does, he told me to drive my car around the the FIRST bay (the one to the far left if you're looking at it from the back way to go into the bays) and he would run it through for me. Business owner to business owner, this guy is a GEM! I totally appreciated him doing what he did, without question. He made something that wasn't really a big deal, a non issue and corrected it. I will be CONTINUING to take my car to be washed here, and using the correct bay.

There have *always* been problems at this car wash, from the self-wash machinery and water to the Trump-zombie who owns the place, who once called me a "commie". Obviously he hasn't read anything resembling a dictionary. So, last night after midnight I decided to at least give it a try again, despite promising to not give him any money. Whattaya know...they got new machines in the bays, and mine promptly rang up a $10 charge and then didn't activate the wash mechanism. I took video of it, even. So, be advised that the new machines are confusing and ill-tempered, the latter like the owner. I returned today and very politely asked for a refund, showed him the video, to which he replied I was trying to "rip him off". Yep, that's how I spend my days, trying to fleece right-wing sheep out of ten bucks. So, I insulted his fearless orange leader and he then threatened me, which was pretty funny. I invited him to follow through and and he went back to his black hole. Patronize at your own risk.

Practically none of the machinery works. It just drags you thru the track with no soap no water and no blow dry. It just slaps your car with fabric and calls it a day. Total rip off. Also cash only so no way to dispute the charge

Great carwash however equipment is getting old. Usually missing some soap or cleaner in hand washing. Also do not accept card payments. Other then that, great car wash! Edit: for a month now I was visiting it and there is almost no soap in the self service bay. Barely gets the dirt off
